Enrollment & Withdrawal Policy

Continuous Enrollment & 30-Day Notice

At our gym, both Recreational Classes and Team programs require a 30-day notice for withdrawal from participation. While our Team athletes also commit to their program through a team contract, the 30-day notice requirement applies to all participants when discontinuing enrollment.

Please carefully review the information below regarding continuous enrollment, schedule changes, and withdrawal procedures.

Recreational Classes

Our Recreational Classes are offered through continuous enrollment. This means there are no individual sessions, semesters, or class terms that families need to re-register for. Once a student is enrolled, their enrollment will continue until a withdrawal request is submitted.

30-Day Withdrawal Notice

A 30-day notice is required when withdrawing from a Recreational Class.

All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing through our official gym email. Verbal requests made to coaches, instructors, or front-desk staff do not constitute an official withdrawal notice.

Families are responsible for providing notice at least 30 days before the desired final date of participation.

Schedule Changes

Our classes remain continuously enrolled throughout the year. While our class schedules may change, particularly during transitions such as Summer to School Year, these schedule changes do not automatically end a student's enrollment.

Families do not need to re-enroll when a new schedule is released. If your child will no longer be participating, the required 30-day withdrawal notice must be submitted through our official gym email.

Team Program

Our Team Program also requires a 30-day notice when discontinuing participation.

Team athletes additionally commit to their program through a team contract, which outlines the expectations and commitment associated with participation on a team. The team contract remains applicable in addition to the gym's 30-day withdrawal policy.

Families considering leaving the Team Program should review their athlete's team contract and contact the gym directly with any questions regarding their specific commitment.

All withdrawal notices must be submitted in writing through our official gym email.

Important Reminders

  • 30 days' notice is required for withdrawal from both Recreational Classes and Team.

  • Recreational Classes are continuous enrollment and do not operate as individual sessions or terms.

  • Team athletes have additional contractual commitments outlined in their team contract.

  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing through our official gym email.

  • Verbal notice given to a coach, instructor, or front-desk staff member does not constitute an official withdrawal.

  • Changes to the class schedule, including the transition from Summer to School Year schedules, do not automatically cancel enrollment.

  • Families should plan ahead and submit withdrawal notices at least 30 days before their desired final date of participation.

We appreciate families taking the time to understand and follow our enrollment and withdrawal policies. These policies allow us to plan class rosters, staffing, and team placements appropriately and help ensure a consistent experience for all of our athletes.
