Hey there! Growing up I basically lived at the gym--sleeping on the beams, hiding in the mats, trying new skills every chance I got, and so much more. Although I loved gymnastics, I soon adventured to the all star competitive cheer world! My love for both, gymnastics and all-star cheerleading, got me into coaching kids. With my 22 years of experience in the gymnastics word, I am dedicated to helping the children learn the incredible skills of gymnastics and hope they love it like I do!

My name is Sydney LaVrar and I am a senior in high school. I have been doing gymnastics for ten years and coaching for six months. I have been at COGC since I started gymnastics and Misty has taught me for most of that time. I love working with the kids and watching them progress.
